Yet, I was disappointed by room cleanliness and inconsistent maintenance. Noise levels were also disruptive, making restful sleep a challenge. A mixed experience indeed!

Overall, I felt the amenities could catch up with the great location and friendly service.

The Economy Double Room was super tiny with no windows. It felt cramped and there were no chairs—just a worn-out bed. After complaining, I got moved but still faced a wall outside the window. No kettle or tea cups either, which was a bummer. Towel smelled a bit funky, and the wooden floors were super loud. Not the best experience overall.
